Tasting Notes

A refreshing, fragrant wine, the color of yellow topaz. This Torrontes bursts with tropical aromas of pineapple, peach and orange blossom. Aromatic notes resonate in the mouth with fresh apricot and lychee and a hint of orange zest. Acidity is well-balanced in the mouth with a citrusy medium finish.

Bright, light, green-tinged yellow. Ripe, inviting, somewhat Viognier-like scents of white peach, lemon and lime oil, white flowers and mint. Dense, supple and fresh, offering serious texture to its flavors of citrus fruits, white peach, dusty herbs and saline minerality. I like the clarity and cut brought by the stony soil. A substantial, very dry Torrontes that’s easy to drink.
