Tasting Notes 
Very aromatic! Peach and pineapple notes with an exotic nose. Tropical fruit, honey and a touch of grassiness follows and the flavors are fresh and crisp. The finish is a touch spicy and framed by mild acidity.

This blends 57% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Gewürztraminer with no barrel aging, is ready to go with its exuberantly floral nose and sparkling acidity. Steely on the palate, it s easy to enjoy and light on its feet, with a fleeting intensity on the finish.

This is a white wine to enjoy on its own or with dishes that bring on the heat like curried chicken or Thai prawn salad.
