Description

(all whole clusters; harvested on September 9): Dark red. Reticent aromas of black cherry, licorice and menthol. Shows a medicinal reserve to its black cherry and licorice flavors but the grain is finer than most of the Marchand-Tawse wines from the Cote de Beaune.

The substantial tannins are suave and smooth, with notes of menthol and cranberry emerging on the aftertaste.
