Description

Intense ruby red colour. Vibrant and complex on the nose, with ripe fruit, vanilla and a light oaky note gradually emerging. Soft flavour with a good balance between acidity and tannins.

Aged for 12-14 months in small French oak barrels.

Pairing:
An excellent partner for roasts, game and grilled red meats.
