Description

Dark straw in color, the aromas have a buoyant and weightless quality, with buttery honeyed scents of apple, pear, lemon lime, vanilla and spice. Medium to full bodied, with dashes of chalk and spice and an open knit structure, balance is very good.

 Flavors of apple, pear, lemon lime, vanilla, lees, and mineral have very good concentration and an easy going elegance.  The finish is open knit, lightly tart and spicy, with very good length .
